He has managed joint ventures, wholly owned companies and distributor partnerships, living and working in Brussels Paris Geneva and most recently Hong Kong managing China, Korea, Taiwan and Japanese businesses. Diageo is the worldÕs leading premium drinks business and trades in more than 180 countries around the world.

Brian has run companies at board level for 28 years. He is a Director of The Entrepreneurial Exchange and a serial entrepreneur. He is the founder of Tiger Eye which works with a range of international clients. He is also Chairman of the international recruitment company, Brightwork. His past companies include an export award winning Oil and Gas company servicing the drilling industry.

John took up the new role of CEO Scotland for HSBC in June 2009. Prior to this role John spent 2 years as COO for HSBC in Mexico. He has worked for HSBC for 22 years, predominantly in Commercial and Corporate banking.
